This is a guide I wrote mainly for my friends who kept on asking me how to write HTML, now here it is for everyone to see. Please use this form for comments.

It's up to you. HTML 4.0 (and/or dynamic HTML) is now growing in popularity. However, I think it's almost not worth going on to it for another few years as what I have here is adequate. It's up to you. These are the basic tags, that the majority of browsers will support.
